Successfully hosting Talk Story Series in Blue Hawall Lifestyle

On Wednesday, October 28, we were fortunate to welcome two great speakers,Ryan Costello and Taylor Rock, to the floor and successully host the Talk Story in our store.

Ryan Costello is a co-founder of Honolulu-based Land of Organica. Land of Organica strictly uses all organic ingredients sourced primarily from local organic farms in the production of their delicious line of juices and sorbets. Ryan holds a degree in entrepreneurial finance.

Taylor Rock is the Planner / Admin at Kokua Kalihi Valley and Director at Rock Pacific with Ho‘oulu ‘Aina, a project dedicated to creating a nature park deep in Kalihi Valley. Taylor’s background is in urban and regional planning with an emphasis on community and environmental planning.

About the Series

The Blue Hawaii Talk Story Series is an ongoing series of events dedicated to looking at issues and concepts of sustainability as experienced in Hawaii. The goal of these talks is to educate and promote dialog between the community and individuals actively engaged in living and promoting sustainable living. And to eat pupus and hang out and have a good time. Come on down.
Blue Hawaii LifeStyle is located on the second floor of Ala Moana Center, close to Nordstrom’s in the mall’s new expansion. Parking is easy and the events are fun. We look forward to seeing you!
